How long does it take to receive my order?
All pads are made in order received, unless you purchased them from my instock stores. I sew and ship pads as fast as I can, but it an take up to 3 weeks
to receive your order.
Can I send in my own fabric to be made into pads?
Yes! Just email me and I'll give you instructions and a price quote.
Do you make wholesale orders?
At the moment, no. I generally have so many orders to fill that I couldn't possibly take on a wholesale order.
What types of payment do you accept?
Paypal is preferred and is the best way to pay to get your pads the fastest. However, I will accept money orders but please keep in mind that I won't begin to make your

What are AIO's?
AIO pads mean All In One. These pads do not have any removable inserts, bases, liners, etc. You simply insert pads in your underwear and remove the entire thing when used. They are the simplest
form of cloth pads.
But don't AIO's take forever to dry?
Not in my experience. A whole load of cloth pads (an entire menstrual cycle worth for me) only takes a half hour in the dryer. This includes heavy and super pads.
What do I do when I'm away from the house?
When you're out and about or at work, just remove the used pad, fold it inward and close with the snaps on the wings. Put the folded used pad in a ziploc bag, waterproof make up bag or wetbag, then rinse and soak/rinse and dry
when you get home.
Is the mailing package obvious that it contains menstrual pads?
Not at all! Since a lot of my customers still live at home with family or get packages sent to work, I make sure to discreetly package pads. Nowhere does it indicate that you are receiving menstrual pads. International
custom forms will have "cloth napkins" written under contents.
How do I wash my pads?
When you change your used pad, make sure to rinse it with cold water, squeeze out excess water and place in a soaking container. These can be old cookie jars, tupperware containers, etc.
Inside your soaking container have plain water or water and some detergent. Some women like to use a combination of water, detergent, oxy clean, vinegar and/or tea tree oil. When you need to wash
your pads or when it's the end of your cycle just dump your pads with water into the washing machine and do a cold cycle. I like to soak my pads in the washing machine with cold water, some detergent and oxy clean before
the cycle finishes.
Once the cold cycle is over I take out my pads and apply stain stick or stain remover to any stains, refill washing machine with hot water and put a few drops of tea tree oil and/or vinegar (acts as a fabric softener) in the water, add pads
and do a hot cycle. Once the cycle is over I dry them in my clothes dryer or I hang them to dry. However, if there are any stains even after the wash, I lay my pads out in the sun, which eliminates stains and dries them.
Generally, air dried pads last longer, but Punky's Pads can be put in the dryer.
If you don't want to soak your pads until it's time to wash them, you can always rinse them in cold water, air dry them and then put them in a dry bag or container until it's time to wash them. Then proceed with the wash cycles.
The more and more you use pads and wash them, you'll get the hang of what works best for you. But remember, do not use fabric softener in any shape or form! It will ruin your pads, making them less absorbant. If having a problem with odor
or softness with pads, put a little bit of white vinegar in the hot cycle.
